You agree that on occasions we may share some of your information, such as venue and contact details, with associates of Impressions Face Painting, such as other face painters we engage, for the purposes of providing a service to you. As happens with most websites, our server will automatically log data regarding each visit such as your IP address, browser type, referring/exit pages, and operating system. We may use this information to monitor server errors, server administration or visitor behaviour. It is not possible for this to be disabled on a per-user basis, so you must leave this website if you do not agree to this happening.
Impressions Face Painting will keep the minimum personal data of customers needed to supply the service. This will include an electronic copy of the booking form and invoices/receipts for payment, kept in a secure cloud-based storage for 6 years for legal and tax reasons. After this time the data will be securely deleted. Any paper copies will be deleted when no longer required. Any emails, texts or other media messages will be deleted at the end of the contract or when no longer needed.
If you do not wish for us to hold your personal information, please do not provide it.
Although we use security measures to keep your data safe, we cannot guarantee that the information submitted, maintained, or transmitted into or from the Impressions Face Painting systems will be completely secure at all times.
Photographs
Photographs will not be taken by me or on my behalf without verbal parental/guardian consent (individual’s consent for adults). Any photographs taken will be used for promotional purposes only and identities will not be revealed to third parties. A complimentary copy can be emailed to the individual/parent/guardian upon request.

COVID
At the time of the COVID 19 pandemic, Impressions Face Painting will be required to follow government rules on collecting and holding personal data about those who use the service/close contacts for the purpose of Test and Trace. For private bookings, we recommend that you take a list of names of those we have painted for you to hold for 10 days so that you can pass their details on in that circumstance. We ask that you inform Impressions Face Painting should you become aware that one of the individuals painted has tested positive for the virus within 48 hours of being painted. At public events, we may be required to collect names and contact details of those we paint/the responsible adult, and hold these for the length of time required by the government. They will be securely disposed of after this time.
